Everol got his start in the hospitality business at the
world famous, Sandals Ocho Rios Resort and Golf Club.
This provided a solid foundation for his ventures into the
food service business.
His international experience includes a stint as a Restaurant
Manager at Banff’s renowned Rimrock Hotel where
he further honed his managerial and culinary skills.
Loving a good challenge, Everol then opened Stranger’s
Caribbean Restaurant in Calgary combining an
eclectic mix of Caribbean and North American cuisine. His
infamous brunches, private dinner parties, and even rum
demonstrations that are still the talk of Cow Town.
Chef Everol garnered more international
experience at the Delta Hotel where he worked as a Food
& Beverage Outlet Manager. He has worked in several
banquet halls with formal and semi-formal dining facilities as
a Sous Chef / Executive Chef.
After twelve years in Western Canada, Everol returned
to Ontario and searched high and low for the perfect site to
open his own restaurant. In 2008, Chef Everol
found his way to Fenelon Falls and fell in love with
The Boathouse Restaurant.
